| Each piece is measured
and cut to fit on site. Material shipments are scheduled to arrive
as needed and our experienced craftsman "fit to form"
hundreds of pieces that will become your New Home. Each is
individually created on its own foundation, where it will sit for
decades. Like a work of art, no two are exactly alike. Your New Home
will be Bilt-Rite the ole' fashion way, just for you, with ole' time
craftsmanship and family pride. Bilt-Rite Means It Will Have Our Name
On It For The Next Fifty Years.

Placement on Lot
| Your New Home may be placed
anywhere on the lot you wish if it is possible to do so. Final
Placement decisions are made by our site supervisor to meet the
needs of each lot but we work with you to save that special tree, to
get that certain view, to let your New Home complement your lot to
become that perfect setting. |

Excavation
and Clearing
|
| The area where your New
Home will sit is cleared of trees & underbrush and the
foundation area is excavated to grade. Areas for walks, drives and
septic field lines are also cleared. Debris is either hauled away,
burned, or buried on site. Final excavation and clearing decisions
are made by our site supervisors to meet the needs of each lot. Bilt-Rite
Homes are build on solid ground! |

Footing
|
| Footings are layed out
and dug by hand to insure proper sizing, then poured in place with
concrete 8" thick and in many cases reinforced with 1/2"
steel rods (depending on soil conditions). The footing and
surrounding soil is then treated with State Approved Chemicals to
prevent termites and a one year termite bond is provided to assure
you that your New Home will remain termite free. Bilt-Rite Footings
are strong, strong, strong! |
